BGS V4.0 gives your computer the ability to automatically download a specified .JPG or .GIF file, convert it to .BMP format, and set it as Win95 or Win/NT4 wallpaper, every time you want. You can also load images from your local disk. Connecting to any available Internet BGS/IS server, you can choose pictures by subjects, using the different server channels.
