Supercharge your network text searches with Intranet Sleuthhound Server! An easy-to-use intranet Document Search System, which operates just like a Web Search on your Network, be it server based, peer-to-peer or LAN. Create Search Zones with a 1-2-3 wizard. Folders and directories and network drives can be included and automatically updated in search zones. Searches can be done by keyword, or by using Filename, file path or date. Boolean searches and use of wildcards are also supported. Keywords are returned instantly with the location in document, and the document title, file-path, folder location and keyword context. Results are displayed in the default browser. View most common doc types in the browser. Single-click opening of documents in the associated application. Easy maintenance and update of search zones is available through a built in scheduler. Configurable results browser. New download option, Search by folder, in broswer Preview window added, along with new copy text functions and support for Windows XP. Intranet Sleuthhound Server has a simple to use interface. Specify your search by creating a Search Zone with targeted folders for search, enter the keyword and clicking "Find it" produces a slam dunk keyword result with documents in your browser. Customise your browser display as you wish. Returns searches for TXT, HTM, HTML, RTF, MS Word documents and DOT (any version). Additional plug-ins support for Adobe PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, Extended HTML files and any of these files when they are zipped. Program is compatible with European language documents.
