PSP_Mail is PL/SQL package which wraps around Oracle8i standard UTL_SMTPpackage and extends it by providing simple interface to send virtually anytype of e-mail from an Oracle8i application. Automatic DNS lookups, supportfor LOB/BFILE attachments, message and headers encoding using Base64 and otheruseful features, combined into one easy to use package.
