The program has been designed as universal program for security cross platforms working all together with wireless and wired Internet webcams, Television-boards, capture cards, power-line, and USB cameras. It has web interface with the similar appearance and functionality on the local and apart computers. Customers watch MPEG coded picture and have full control of the software through net that security workstation can be run with no screen, keyboard, and mouse connected. Program`s modular configuration significantly increases reliability because all components operate as independent programs. If one unit freezes, other parts go on working. For instance if the `capture` component fails, `watchdog` restarts it instantly that viewers don`t notice anything because they are watching picture using a `playback` component. The software makes `repeated` recording that the `disk full` situation never happens. The recording can be constant or it can be triggered by activity, human face recognition, or by schedule. The software has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance workstation as well as on distant server using Web interface. The program performs simultaneous video playback for event analysis from many webcams concurrently. Also recorded files can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded information can be encrypted and password protected.
