Right-click a folder to view and access its contents on a submenu; print details of its contents or copy them to the clipboard; open a command prompt; copy its path to the clipboard; change its attributes; check its total size; or browse the images it contains.Right-click multiple files to rename them or change their extensions; copy/move them to a different folder; encrypt or shred them; copy their paths to the clipboard; change their creation/modification dates; or select all matching files in the folder.Right-click a shortcut (or Internet Shortcut) file to find out what file or URL it points to, run it, copy its path, or open the target s folder.Other features include Go To Folder (instantly jump to a favorite folder in the current window or file dialog); Find and replace text in multiple files; Cascade on Start Menu (recreate the contents of a folder and its subfolders on the Start menu for quick access to its files); Add To Send To (add a favorite folder or program to your Send To menu); Split File (split a large file into smaller pieces for easier distribution, along with a tiny freeware assembler); and many more.ShellToys XP lets you disable any items you don t use: you can re-enable them by simply checking boxes, with no restarts needed. Selected Toys can be moved to the first level of the context menu to give faster access to your most-used tools.
