redcoal EmailSMS is a service that allows businesses and individuals to send SMS messages from Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes to mobile phones on more than 300 networks in 130 countries.

redcoal EmailSMS maintains the standard look and feel of Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes and integrates smoothly with many Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes features and functions.
SMS messages can be sent to one or multiple contacts from the Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes contact database.
redcoal EmailSMS works in 2-way mode; this means that all SMS replies to messages sent from Microsoft Outlook are received back into your e-mail Inbox.

redcoal EmailSMS seamlessly integrates with many Microsoft Outlook features including scheduling SMS reminders for appointments placed in your calendar, accessing your contacts from local or global Microsoft Exchange address books and even alerting you when a new e-mail arrives at your inbox.
redcoal EmailSMS works with Microsoft Outlook 2000 and above, Microsoft Outlook Express 6 and above and Lotus Notes 5.0 and above.

With redcoal EmailSMS you can now setup online broadcasting groups, containing limitless contacts, allowing you to send SMS Messages to small or large groups of people quickly and easily. Our simple to use interface lets you upload or import contacts to your account effortlessly from several different types of file including CSV files and MS Excel documents.

redcoal EmailSMS includes “Stand-Alone” functionality allowing you to send SMS & MMS messages from you desktop without the need to have Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes installed. Simply install the version for Microsoft Outlook and send messages using the shortcuts on placed on your desktop and in the Start menu.

redcoal also offers Basic EmailSMS; the ability to send SMS messages without having to install any software at all. Simply send to ‘mobilenumber@redcoal.com’ as you would send a regular e-mail.
